We had very relaxing experience here, no complaints whatsoever!
Location: the hotel was near to beautiful historic Lucca, the airport and Lukka. Also, we were 1 mile from popular place such as Chiesa di Vicopelago.

Very nice remodeling. A bit noisy because next to a main artery but this means readily available access to the city. All in all very good value for the money. We very much enjoyed our stay. Very courteous staff.

There was only one staff member from 16.00 to 21.00 hour. Check in time was 16.00.The hotel was closed until 16.00.Nobody was there.Breakfast was in the cafe nex door.We ordered twin beds but they had no twin beds at all .We had to take a family room witch costed 28.00 euro more. The location was next to a very noisy road with a lot of trafic.

It's close to Lucca, and it's nice.
The noise of the cars nearby and especially the fact that I couldn't pay by credit card (with which I had made the reservation) becuase there was a problem with the internet and it wasn't solved. When I got back to Spain I had to transfer the money, which implied wasting my time and paying 3 euros for it.

The staff was excellent and very very helpful with catching the bus to lucca. There was free wifi on site which is wonderful. There is a cafe and gelateria next door where we had a free breakfast. The bus to lucca was only 1 euro. There are maps any other brochures about the area in the hotel for free.
On weekends the bus only comes like every 4 hours. You have to hold the shower head, there is no post for it, so showering is pretty messy, theres no curtain, so water got everywhere.

Mostly the hospitality shown bt Anna, she made us welcome, and went out of her way to assist us, by even suggesting and booking restaurants fro us.
This is a not a complaint but just a suggestion, going for breakfast at a nearbyPasticeria, can be dangeous on the very busy road, with no pavement and surely not a pleasant experience in Winter. A suggestion I can make is for the hotel to provide a basket breafast in the rooom.
